| For a durable education and development attention for ecological, social and personal development is conditional |

| Finally I want to give a few tips which enhance the chance of success: |
| 1. Do not allow yourself to be seduced to political, polarising processes but try to work from ecological insights. |
| 2. Take care you make an order of priorities of your values and intentions together. |
| 3. Try to empathize and to take a distance. |
| 4. Recognize what is there and leave from there to attain the highest possible. There is nothing beyond the highest attainable. |
| 5. Accept relations and do something about them. Do not sit down on somebody else’s chair if it suits you but accept or communicate. |
| 6. Try to learn from others how they do it; others cannot teach you how you must do it. |
| 7. Take care you can justify your acting; the (complete) result cannot often be influenced by one person. |
| 8. Determine beforehand your limits, if possible; then you know within which limits you can operate autonomously. Time, space, criteria and budget can often be determined beforehand. |
| 9. Distinguish together in what you do together, what you may do individually and what is not allowed. |
| 10. In order to prevent frustrations distinguish between activities in which you invest much or little and which yield much or little result. Investing much and little result do not have to be useless if foundations develop for the next generation. Promoting durability knows all kinds of forms. |
| 11. Take care that form follows the function. Otherwise systems are kept alive of which nobody can explain exactly why. Ways (of working) must serve the functional intentions. |
